How I Stripped off the Fat to Become a Happier Me

I tried calorie counting and low-carb dieting and eating more on one day and less on another. I tried taking nutritional pills to supplement for the food that I stopped eating. I was hungry morning, noon, and night. In between meals, I felt like I was starving.
Contrary to the “normal” way of life that we were taught as children: eat a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner each day, we are actually supposed to eat smaller meals more times a day.
The complexity of the human body and its metabolism has been studied by literally thousands of people all over the world and everyone thinks that they have the secret to tricking the body into stripping that fat off. But, I have tried the weight loss plans on the market long enough to know that the fad diets are not going to work.
You need to follow a plan that will take you on the right course with your body and assist your metabolism with handling the foods that you eat in a manner that will strip off fat.

Jenny, thanks so much for posting your review! I tried a bunch of fad diets, too. Just like you, I tried low-calorie diets and other fads that didn’t work. Your review was right on time for me.
